Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?

When you are placing the order, estimated delivery time is shown in the checkout page, after delivery location details have been inputted.

Do you deliver globally?

YES. We deliver worldwide.

Why haven’t I received my confirmation email?

Go to My account> my orders to check your order was successful (and the email address you signed up with). If your email is wrong, update it here for future orders.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation message to your email or contact number (make sure to check your spam folder to avoid disappointment ).

It might take up to 24 hours to receive tracking information, but don’t worry, you will be the first to know

Returns & Exchanges

How do I exchange?

No Bigger…! We gladly accept exchanges / returns. Items needed to be returned should be informed to us on the same day the package was received & the item has not been used, damaged, washed and that the item is in the original condition with packaging and tags. You will have 3 days from the initial date of purchase to return your product .We do not have a refund policy for exchanges

Return Policy & Procedure

  • Simply contact the SAM’Z Customer Care Team by reaching us on our Hotline through WhatsApp +94702101200 or, Direct Messaging us on Instagram or Facebook indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • Once your request is approved by our Customer Care Team, we will place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange. The courier will pick up the exchange item from your doorstep and bring it to us for review. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Once we’ve reviewed the exchange item for quality and hygiene we will let you know if your exchange has been approved. 
  • Our courier will deliver the fresh new item right to your doorstep for your convenience with next 7 days. .( In the event of an exchange, the products chosen for return should be of equal or lesser value than the original products) 
  • Make sure to get your perfect size from our standard size chart or ask for a help from our team member when you’re ordering to avoid disappointments.
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories
  •  Returns & exchanges will be made at FREE for thr first time.
  •  Please note we don’t accept discounted items for exchange/returns or refunds

If I received damaged item, what should I do..?

Drop an email to (website email) with your concern and we will write back to you with ways replacement. Don’t worry; we will take care of the delivery fee for this

Can I get a refund ?

Of cause YES.!  If the product isn’t delivered within mentioned time circle or if the item has been sold out after you paid for it you can definitely ask for a refund.

Refunds

Sorry, we do not have a refund policy for exchanging product, we will be happy offer you credit voucher for a future purchase. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit once the inspection is done. If your credits are approved, you will receive an e mail with the voucher code within a certain amount of days.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours an order is placed. If you have already paid for it you will get your refund within next 48 hours.
